Pelatihan Building Life & Safety Engineering dirancang untuk membekali peserta dengan pemahaman mendalam dan keterampilan praktis dalam merancang, menerapkan, serta mengelola sistem keselamatan jiwa dan proteksi kebakaran di berbagai jenis bangunan. An introduction to the concept of life safety within the context of modern buildings, including essential terminology and the urgency of implementing a comprehensive building safety system.
2. Building Safety Standards & Regulations
Study of relevant local standards (e.g., SNI, Ministry of Public Works regulations, Ministry of Manpower) and international standards (e.g., NFPA, IBC, ISO), with an emphasis on practical understanding and real-world application of regulations in building projects.
3. Risk Analysis & Hazard Identification
Training in techniques for identifying fire-related risks, risk classification, and analysis methods such as fire load calculation, smoke movement assessment, and fire modeling.
4. Design of Active & Passive Protection Systems
Comprehensive discussion on active protection systems (alarm systems, sprinklers, hydrants, suppression systems) and passive protection systems (fire-rated walls, firestopping, compartmentation).

Evacuation strategies based on building occupancy types, exit capacity calculations, assembly point determination, and emergency response procedures including occupant training.

Methods for regular inspections, testing, and documentation systems to ensure long-term reliability of safety systems and evaluate fire protection performance.
7. Innovation & Technology in Safety Engineering
Application of advanced technologies such as automated monitoring systems, IoT-based fire detection, digital simulations, Building Information Modeling (BIM) for safety management, and AR/VR implementation in evacuation training.
8. Safety Culture Management in Buildings
The importance of fostering a safety-conscious culture through education, risk communication, routine training, and integration of safety systems into operational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
