Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk memberikan pemahaman komprehensif mengenai strategi, teknologi, dan metodologi modern dalam mengoptimalkan kinerja process plant, termasuk sistem produksi minyak & gas, petrokimia, manufaktur proses, power plant, dan industri terkait lainnya.
Fokus pelatihan meliputi process engineering analysis, bottleneck removal, energy optimization, reliability improvement, digital optimization tools, serta continuous improvement framework seperti Lean, Six Sigma, RCA, dan OEE.
Pelatihan dikembangkan dengan pendekatan studi kasus nyata, simulasi process optimization, interactive dashboard review, dan workshop improvement plan, sehingga peserta dapat langsung menerapkan hasil pelatihan ke fasilitas mereka.
