Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk membekali peserta dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan menyeluruh dalam mengelola keselamatan kebakaran di lingkungan kerja, termasuk di area berisiko tinggi seperti ruang server, BTS, gedung teknis, ruang genset, dan instalasi listrik.
Peserta akan memahami prinsip manajemen risiko kebakaran, sistem proteksi aktif dan pasif, kepatuhan terhadap regulasi nasional dan internasional, serta strategi komunikasi dan tanggap darurat yang efektif.

Mengidentifikasi potensi risiko kebakaran di lingkungan kerja dengan pendekatan sistematis.

Menyusun dan menerapkan Fire Safety Management System (FSMS) sesuai standar nasional/internasional.

Mengelola dan mengevaluasi sistem proteksi kebakaran baik aktif maupun pasif.

Merancang dan mengimplementasikan program pencegahan dan mitigasi kebakaran.

Melaksanakan inspeksi dan audit keselamatan kebakaran secara berkala.

Mempersiapkan prosedur dan jalur evakuasi, serta memimpin latihan tanggap darurat (fire drill).

Mengkoordinasikan tim tanggap darurat internal, termasuk komunikasi efektif saat krisis.

Menyusun laporan insiden dan rekomendasi perbaikan pasca kebakaran.
